Mr. J and the 8th grade class attended ECO Ed Educational Day in Wishek.
Homecoming Week is next week: 9/18-9/22. We will be heading over for the parade on Friday- parade is set to start at 1:00 in Napoleon. The band will be playing.
School Pictures are THURSDAY- student are bringing home envelopes today! Please be sure to send those back with your child by Thursday.
Reminder: 1st grade spelling words will come home on Monday. They will have a spelling test Friday, along with a reading test from one of their homework stories.
Coffee with the Kids- Grandparent's Day Celebration was a great success. 61 guests, a grandparent from Australia, several who traveled over 100 miles, and an overall gym full of pure LOVE! Thank you COTEAU COTTAGE for donating the coffee once again. Shout out to our amazing teachers for putting together such an awesome program. So proud of both the elementary and high school student council members. GSPS PRIDE!!!!

3rd and 4th graders had our FIRST makerspace today! We learned about chemical reactions and got to mix up our own slime. We had a blast and can't wait to see all that we learn on our makerspace days!
Last week the 7th & 8th grade social studies students were archeologists who created museum exhibits on early civilizations. They did a wonderful job.

The 6th graders studied extra hard for their spelling test today, and all got 100%. So they were rewarded with a nice treat from the Freeze!
