Here is the update for archery this week. With no school Wednesday, January 17 we will not have practice. The Kensal tournament was full so we were not able to get in. We will be on the look out for other tournaments to attend to make up for this missed tournament. Please respond on the app calendar your attendance to the Carrington tournament by tomorrow morning, Tuesday January 16. The boys basketball game looks like it was moved to January 27 here in Gackle. Please keep that in mind when you sign up. I am going to try for early flights so we can be back in time for the games. Message me with any questions you may have! Have a great week and stay warm.

The 3rd & 4th grades attended Ag. In the Classroom during the Ag. & Construction Expo. What a great event?! We learned a lot about what ND farms do for us, how they operate, and all the work it takes from so many different councils and organizations!! Thank you, farmers and all that made this event possible!

With the cold, frigid temps coming our way please be sure your child is coming to school with proper winter gear: a jacket, hat, gloves, boots, and snow pants. There is a strong possibility that the elementary students will be going out for morning and afternoon recess. However, if temps drop below zero with a windchill factor in the negative they will be in the gym. Regardless, they will travel to and from school to home- please be sure to protect them from the elements. Thanks

Student Council participated in a "Real Colors" training. We learned a lot about who we are as individuals and the impact it plays in our leadership skills. Identifying, knowing, and understanding our values, strengths, joys, and needs were a main part of our focus today.
