Congratulations to the 4th and 10th grade classes on their winning door decorations.
We have some extra boxes of fruit if anyone is interested. They consist of 16 oranges, 9 Fuji apples, and 9 pink apples. Each box costs $32.
Fruit is here!! Students will be sorting out today and delivering soon! FFA parents if you could please communicate with your child(ren) for a good time to pick fruit up, that would be great! Thank you! (Pizza and Jerky are not in yet, I will let everyone know as soon as they do come in)

This year three of our students from GSPS attended the North Dakota Council of Educational Leaders (NDCEL) STUDENT COUNCIL CONVENTION. Students attending the convention heard great keynote speakers, participated in a service project, attended breakouts, elected the next state board, and of course, had so much fun!

There are a couple changes to the calendar for January.
There will be NO SCHOOL on January 17th, 2024 for staff professional development.
There will NOT be a late start on January 31st, 2024- school WILL BE in session ALL DAY.
JH Boys Basketball will start practice on Monday Dec. 18th at 4pm. A reminder to parents that players will need to have a physical turned into the school by that date.
Reminder: the JHGBB game in Gackle that was originally scheduled for today has been cancelled and the JH girls will instead be playing in Gackle on Friday the 15th at 4:30pm.
This week at GSPS:
3rd and 4th graders had a guest with us yesterday. Mr. Hammond came and talked to us about energy. Then they built models to represent solar, wind, and hydroelectric energy. We had a lot of fun learning and building!
Jh Girls Basketball Tournament in Hazelton for tomorrow 12/9 has been cancelled
Boys Basketball games in Linton for TODAY (Friday 12/8) have been cancelled. The games on Saturday are still on.
