The first graders celebrated International Dot Day (September 15th-ish) last week. We read “The Dot” and did a few different projects with it.

Biology students engineered a protein for strength out of paper, straws and paper clips. It symbolized the proteins in our bodies that make up our bones. The toughest proteins created allowed students to stand on them!
Burrito orders are due tomorrow (9/11) for the music fundraiser!
The 4th Grade field trip on Wednesday has been moved to the Edgeley Armory.
NO Junior High Football game or practice and NO Elementary Football practice today, Monday, September 9th.

The HS Music students are taking orders for burritos. Orders are due Sept 11th.
2nd grade used patter blocks for math today! Group 1 made different things (monster, pirate, flower, and a big sandwich) with their pattern block. Group 2 had to follow an ABB pattern and repeat it three times.

Kinder parents, tomorrow we are going to celebrate the start of the 100th season of the NFL. I encourage your child to support their favorite team by either wearing a Jersey/t-shirt or their team colors!!!
